1. When will my software renew?
We’ll send you an invoice 30-60 days before your software is set to renew.
3. How can I pay for my renewal?
We prefer customers use checks to pay for software renewals. We also accept all major credit cards for renewal payments.
5. What happens if I don’t renew?
If you fail to renew your Untangle NG Firewall software before the renewal date then your Untangle NG Firewall software will downgrade to the free edition and all premium features will cease to function. Depending on your software setup, your firewall may stop working as intended.
2. Will you automatically charge my credit card to renew?
No. We do not store customer credit card data on our systems and therefore cannot automatically renew your software using a credit card. We’ll send you an invoice 30-60 days ahead of time so you have time to plan for the renewal.
4. Will my renewal be subject to promotional pricing?
We usually offer a renewal discount on the renewal invoices we send. The renewal discount may not be equivalent to other promotional prices.
6. Can I cancel my subscription for a refund?
No. We are unable to give pro-rated refunds for software subscriptions.
