We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit cards. Please use the "Credit card by Telephone" option at check out.

Checks

Option 1:Check by Phone
1.)Configure your Untangle Appliance to your liking and add it to your cart.
2.)Put any other items you need in the cart as well.
3.)Complete the checkout process.
4.)Once you receive your confirmation email, call 866-794-8879 and select option 5
5.)Have your info ready, including your bank name, routing number, account number, and check number. We also need some basic info about the purchaser that is commonly found on a drivers license or state issued ID.

Please note, if no one is available to take your info, leave a message and we will call you back as soon as possible.

Option 2: Check by Mail

We will allow you to deduct the total amount you spend on shipping us a business check from the total amount of your order. For example, lets say you order an UT-C series appliance customized for an install your doing. The total cost of the appliance configuration is $679.00 and shipping costs $30.99. Your order total $709.99.

Assuming your office is in California, the cost to ship us a business check via UPS 2day air with signature delivery confirmation would cost you $24.99.

You would deduct the $24.99 from the total amount of your order, $709.99, and you would make the check out for $685.00

All checks need to be made out to "Proactive Network Solutions, LLC"
